He was born on March 3, 1958 in Frederick, Maryland and was the son of the late Charles and Jane McCoy.
Mark was a wonderful loving father to his sons and had a special place in his heart for his Aunt Mae. He loved the Raiders, Yankees, Donald Trump, and was an avid body builder and hard worker throughout his life.
He is survived by his sons, Matthew McCoy, and Jarrod McCoy, and his aunt, Mae Schafer.
