Born October 25, 1946, he was the son of the late Roscoe and Louise (Shaver) Boyce.
Dick grew up in Kingmont, WV and joined the Marine Corp in 1964. He spent four years in the Marine Corp and served two tours in Vietnam.
He is survived by his wife, Velma (Vecchio) Boyce of Martinsburg; his children: Rick Boyce, Greg Boyce, and Tammy Lee; his siblings: Sue Milburn, Ron Boyce, Sr., Pat Harris, and Darlene Musgrove; and many in-laws, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his older brother, Larry.
At Dick’s request, there will be no services.
