Born on December 15, 1949, in Charles Town, Roger was a man known for his deep kindness and generous spirit—always willing to lend a hand or give the shirt off his back to anyone in need.
Roger is survived by his son, Roger Housden Jr., daughter, Tracee Dillow and her husband Donnie. He was a devoted grandfather to Ariel and Dakota Dillow.
In addition to his parents, Roger is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Linda "Moore" Housden, and two siblings.
Roger found great joy in spending time on the golf course with his son, Roger Jr., sharing not only the game but countless cherished memories.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, July 23, 2025 at Rosedale Cemetery.
