Ruth Arlene Ross, 64 of Martinsburg, West Virginia passed away on
September 28, 2022.
Born on August 11, 1958 in Baltimore, Maryland and was the daughter of the late Arthur and Charlotte Jackson Sr.
Ruth was a fun loving person to be around and she loved her cats, Pugsly being her favorite.
She is survived by her brothers Arthur Jackson Jr. and Leon Jackson; Grandson: Austin Ross (Megan); 2 great grandchildren; nieces: Jessica Jackson, Brittany Jackson, and Christina Gero; and her nephew Joseph Jackson.
