Steven Jo Manning Jr.

He was born on November 25, 1968 in Morgantown, WV, son of Carolyn S. Milburn of Bunker Hill, WV and John R. Eidemiller, and his wife Terry, of Millville, NJ.

Steven grew up in Dividing Creek, NJ. He loved hunting, fishing, baseball, and football. He was a huge fan of the Philadelphia Eagles. He served in the United States Army. He was an electrician by trade.

He will me greatly missed by his parents, daughter Desiree Hawkins, son Travis Manning, grandson Landon Hawkins, all of Martinsburg WV, sister Carren Valentine, brother Christopher Chrislip both of Inwood, WV, sister Beth Phebus of Bunker Hill, WV, stepsister Chrissy Brill, stepbrother Ronnie Milburn, as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, stepfather Bruce E. Milburn Jr., stepbrother Tony Milburn, and nephew David S. Chrislip.

Per Steven's wishes, he will be cremated with his final resting place to be in his home town.

A memorial service, to celebrate his life will be held at Rosedale Funeral Home in Martinsburg, WV on Thursday, June 19, 2014 at 3PM. Pastor Rex Musgrove will officiate.

The family will receive friends Thursday from 1-3 PM in the funeral home.
