Alberta Marie (England) Stewart, wife of Tony (Anthony) Stewart, passed away peacefully on October 27, 2014, after a short but courageous battle with cancer. Alberta was born on January 28, 1953, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Marie and James England. Her school years were spent in the Edmonds, Wash. area, and she graduated from Meadowdale High School in 1972. Alberta and Tony married in 1977. Their son, Aaron, was born in 1980, followed by daughters, Heidi in 1982 and Dana in 1985. She was a mother, wife of 37 years, and grandma to three grandchildren; Brogan, daughter of Aaron and wife, Brena, and Carson and Ethan, sons of Heidi and husband, Brad Smith. To say she was loved is an understatement. She was a sister, cousin, and friend, a chocolate enthusiast, red wine lover, and a believer in dessert for breakfast. She loved skiing, hiking, camping, beach combing, and gardening, and she was a laugh-so-hard milk comes out your nose kind of woman. We know she is watching over us from heaven with her mother, Marie, cuddled with Bear and Sadie, her beloved dogs, and reunited with other loved ones lost along the way. Alberta is survived by her husband, Tony; children Aaron (Brena), Heidi Smith (Brad), Dana Stewart (Keil Johnson); three grand-children; two brothers, Jerry England and Doug England (Cathie), one sister, Carrie Hartwig (Gordon); and numerous loving relatives.
