She was born January 25, 1928 in Arlington, Washington to Thomas and Neva Manion. Eleanor graduated from Marysville High School. She married Chalmers on Aug. 18, 1961. She enjoyed bowling where she bowled on various teams. She especially enjoyed her time with the "Notorious" Gutter Dusters!
Eleanor is survived by her children, Jo Jordan, Bill (Sherri) Craig; grandchildren Rachell, Starla, Holly; Larry, Lisa; Tyson, Tonya, Tristen, Trenton, and Kayla; siblings: Rowena, John, Roamer, Alice, Gary, and Sandy. She also leaves many great grandchildren and nieces/nephews who will miss her very much. She was preceded in death by her husband Chalmers in 1985; her children Jerry and Julia in 2011; siblings Thomas, Rickard, Laura, Ruby, and Bertha.
A celebration of Eleanor's life will be held Saturday, April 6, 2013 at 1:00 PM at Schaefer-Shipman Funeral Home.
