John Douglas Goodrich, born December 31, 1950 in Everett Washington passed away on July 4, 2015 in Marysville Washington. He graduated from Snohomish High School in 1970 and worked for Roy & Carlson’s as a milk truck driver for over 30 years. He leaves behind his wife of 41 years, Karen Lynn Goodrich; his children Pearl (Franklin) Sumpter and Jason (Dani) Goodrich; other “daughter” Jenni Youngblood; and 4 grandchildren Jazmine, Jaden, Emma, and Callie. John was the youngest child of Clarence William and Hellen Orilla along with siblings Emery, Rena, Al, Lawrence and Winona. His presence will never fade. We are blessed to have had him as a husband, father and friend. Friends and family of John are invited to a memorial at Schaefer-Shipman Funeral Home (804 State Ave. Marysville, WA 98270) on Saturday July 11th at 2:00 P.M. In Lieu of flowers, a gift box will be present at the memorial for Pulmonary Hypertension research donations.
