He served in the Army during WWII, and received the Victory Medal. He was honorably discharged, then settled in the Northwest. In 1975 he married the love of his life Doris. He was an avid Fly fisherman, gardener, and cook. He retired from The Boeing Company after working as an engineering supervisor for 30 years.
He is survived by his wife, Doris; their daughter, Debbie and her husband, John; his three grand-daughters, and their husbands, six great-grand-children and two great-great-grandchildren.
