Joseph Lee Harvey was born on July 23rd, 2004, in Everett, Washington to Joseph Harvey Sr, and Paulette Phillips. Joseph went home to be with the Lord on April 30th, 2025. To many, he was known as “Joey,” “Joe-Fish,” and to those fortunate enough to have loved him and had his love, he was known as “brother.” Joey could be described as many things, loving, caring, joker, loyal, confident, big spirited, someone who knew what he wanted and made sure he carried out anything he put his mind to; these are some of the words we will think of when we remember our Joey. Joey graduated high school in 2023, with his baby sister, Evelyn Harvey, and his brothers Preston Phillips & Kurtis Chuckulnaskit; A day Joey made his own, the spirit this boy had, radiating how proud and happy he was for himself, because in that moment, he had made it and nothing could touch him. There are too many words, too many moments, that could describe just who Joey was, but none of them can hold a candle to the memories that we hold of our beloved brother, and to those memories, we will forever cherish. Joseph Lee Harvey Jr was many things, a son, a brother, a friend, an uncle to all of whom he loved and cared for with his whole heart. Joseph is survived by, his mother, Paulette Phillips. His sister(s), Veniece Williams, Vashti Williams, Kelsie Harvey, Jessie Harvey, & Evelyn Harvey. His uncle(s), Percy Phillips III, Jerry John Phillips, & Kurt Chuckulnaskit. His auntie mom(s), Lakota Phillips, Lavina Phillips, Jenny Phillips & Rebecca Hunter. His grandparent(s), Sandra Phillips, Percy Phillips II, John Harvey, & Joanne Nemecio. His cousin(s), Terrance Phillips, Shania Chuckulnaskit, Quentin Phillips, Kordelle Hammons, Leilani Phillips, Mekiah Phillips, Marissa Joseph, Kurtis Chuckulnaskit, Preston Phillips (His brother since day 1), Keenan Chuckulnaskit, Lavea Parks, Kaleb Chuckulnaskit. His nephew(s)/niece(s), Bradley Ray Williams, Alfonso Hoglan, Angela Sam, Sissika Sam, Kyle Joe, Dominick Benneman, Mika Sam, Hazel Sam, Titus Sam, Thomas Joe, Kanaloa Pelio & Jacob Joe. Joey touched the lives of many people, and there will forever be a hole in our hearts, where we will forever keep our cherished memories of Joey’s time on this
earth. Though our hearts hurt for our departed brother, we take comfort in knowing that Joey has
reunited with his father, Joseph Harvey Sr.. His Aunt(s), Sharmon Phillips. His cousin(s),
Shaylee Chuckulnaskit, Caden Phillips, & Koby Phillips. We will forever miss our Joey, and
though he may not be here, let us take comfort in knowing that he loved all his people, and his
memory will continue to live on through each and every one of us. Long live Joey
