Daniel Edward McVeigh

Daniel McVeigh, passed away on July 23, 2016. Beloved husband of the late Patricia Kathryn McVeigh of 35 years of marriage. Loving father of Maureen (Terrence) Sprague, Dennis McVeigh, and Sheila McVeigh. Adored grandfather of Tallulah Belle Sprague and Savannah Jane Sprague. Cherished brother of the late Peggy Ward and the late Edward McVeigh. Daniel was in the U.S. Army Reserves. Worked as a CPA, who loved traveling, listening to Irish music, gardening, and spending time with his family. He was a member of the St. William the Abbot Parish in Seaford. Daniel will be miss by his partner Marge Moore of 10 years together.

Visitation will be held at James Funeral Home on Thursday ~ 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:30 p.m. ~ Funeral Mass will be held on Friday at 10:00 a.m. at St. William the Abbot RC Church, 2000 Jackson Avenue, Seaford, New York 11783 ~

Family and friends are welcome at James Funeral Home an hour before the funeral mass time.
