

EMILIA A. DAVIS, on September 29, 2014 of Kings Park, New York. Beloved wife of the late John (Jack) Davis with 55 years of marriage. Loving mother of John (Arleen) Davis, Frederick (Debra) Davis, Janet (Anthony) Gawrych, and Patricia (Robert) Atchison. Adored grandmother of Scott, Briana, Anthony, John, Gregory, Michelle, Christopher, James, Samantha, Victoria, William and Frederick. Cherished great grandmother of Brian, Madison, Lukas, Madison, Karina, and Samuel. Emilia was a veteran's wife, who lived through WWII with him.
"Emilia loved to celebrate with family and be surrounded by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren." She loved a good party! "She was a passionate and determined women who wanted to live life and had "NO" problem speaking her mind". She loved her family unconditionally.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:30 p.m. ~ Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday at St. Rose of Lima RC Church, 2 Bayview Avenue, Massapequa, New York 11758 ~ Interment to follow to Calvary Cemetery, 49-02 Laurel Hill Blvd. Woodside, NY 11377 ~
Family and friends are welcome to James Funeral Home on Thursdays at 9:00 a.m. before leaving for the funeral mass.
