Phyllis Ruggles

Phyllis Breeze Ruggles of Aberdeen died September 27, 2012 at Anderson Mercy Hospital in Cincinnati. She was born to the late Everett Abie Breeze and Elizabeth Bailey Breeze in Maysville. She was a graduate of May’s Lick High School and continued her education at Southern State community college. She was a Past Worthy matron of the Eastern Star and last worked as an associate of Independent Realty. She is survived by her husband Graham Ruggles, her two children, Christopher Burton Ruggles, and Kellie Breeze Ruggles Bertrand, of Spartanburg, South Caroline and her grandson Edward James Bertrand II also of Spartanburg. Funeral arrangements for Phyllis Ruggles will be Sunday, September 30, 2012, at 4:00 P.M. at the Aberdeen Baptist Church with Rev. Phillip Huffman presiding. Burial will follow in the Charter Oak Cemetery in Aberdeen. Visitation is Sunday from 2 until the hour of the service.
