Regina Marchita Hamilton, 51, resident of Cherokee Drive, died at her home July 12, 2011. Miss Hamilton was born in Chicago Illinois on January 12, 1960, the daughter of Ruby Myrick Hamilton of Maysville and the late Roy Hamilton, Sr. who died in 1990. Until she moved to Maysville, Regina had worked in New York City in the World Trade Center. In addition to her mother, survivors include her brother Roy (Andrea) Hamilton, Jr. of Baltimore, MD and her aunts, uncles and nieces and nephews. Funeral services for Regina Hamilton will be held at 2:00 PM Monday at the Bethel Baptist Church with Rev. Randy Taylor and Rev. Christopher Lee officiating. Burial will follow in the Green Acres Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon Monday until the time of the service at the church. Knox and Brothers Funeral Home is serving the family.
