Roger David Boone

He was born in Maysville, Kentucky on March 14, 1956 son of the late Lester David Boone and Carol Sue Carter Call.

Roger was a veteran of the US Army, a carpenter by trade, a graduate of Tollesboro High School and he loved gardening.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, William “Billy” Harrison Boone.

He is survived by an uncle, Robert Boone of Manchester, OH; several cousins and numerous friends.

Graveside services will be held at the Manchester Cemetery at 11:00 AM Friday, May27, 2016 with the Reverend Tony Watson officiating. Military Honors will be conducted by the Simon Kenton VFW Post.

There will be no visitation.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Hospice of Hope, 909 Kenton Station Drive, Maysville, KY 41056.

Arrangements are entrusted with the Knox and Brothers Funeral Home.
