Stanley Ross Ravencraft

Stanley Ross (Worry) Ravencraft, 78, of the Lewisburg Community died March 4, 2014 at the Pioneer Trace Nursing Home. Mr. Ravencraft was born in Maysville to the late Jenny Cooper and Raymond Ravencraft and is survived by his wife Ann Lawrence Ravencraft. He was retired from the Emerson Power Transmission Company. He is also survived by his son David (Dianna) Ravencraft of Maysville, a daughter Connie (Harold) Pollitt of Flemingsburg, sisters Millie (Nick) Pitakis, and Linda (Arnold) Dodge of Flemingsburg, six grandchildren, Steven Cooper, Jessica (Doug) Conrad, Clay Pollitt, Jarrad (Sarah) Pollitt, Misty (Michael) Emmons, Adam (Jessica) Beaty, and 12 great grandchildren. Mr. Ravencraft was preceded in death by three brothers Raymond, Kenny, Paul Ravencraft and one sister Betty Taylor. Funeral services for Stanley Ross (Worry) Ravencraft will be Monday, March 10 at 1 P.M. at the Knox and Brothers Funeral Home with the Rev. Larry Manning officiating. Burial will be in the Hillcrest Garden of Memories. Pallbearers will be Danny Bradley, Chris Langworthy, Doug Conrad, Adam Beaty, Buddy Lawrence, and Nick Pitakis, Jr. Visitation will be Sunday from 6 until 8 p.m.
