Mrs. Barbara Ann McDonald, age 72 of Jackson, Georgia passed away May 16, 2015. She was born in Douglasville, Georgia to the late Ralph Lee and Kathryn Allen Cochran. Barbara retired after 20 years with ADVO and enjoyed gardening, fishing, cooking, animals and the outdoors. She was a loving mother and grandmother and very supportive of her family. Survivors include her children, Wanda (Jimmy) Collins of Jackson, Darlene (Jack) McCallister of Douglasville, Barry McDonald of Jackson; grandchildren, Tony (Mandy) McCallister, Desirae McCallister and Teri (Adam) Currul; great grandchildren, Bryston McCallister, Austin Rue, Kaylee Currul and Hayden Currul; brothers, Eddie (Paula) Patton of Newnan and Larry Patton of Jackson; several nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be conducted Friday, May 22, 2015 at 1:00 pm from the Chapel of Haisten Funeral Home. Pastor Dave Riley will officiate.
