Connie Terisa Maddox

Ms. Connie Terisa (Barber) Maddox, age 54 of McDonough, Georgia passed away February 2, 2019. She was born in East Point, Georgia to Jeff and Sandra Barber. She was the manager and operator of Barber’s Convenience and Gas in Hampton. She was a graduate of Henry County High School and enjoyed eating at Chick-Fil-A. Survivors include her daughter, Amber Nicole Maddox of Griffin; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jeff Barber of McDonough; brother, David W. Barber of McDonough; fiancé, Rickey Conaway of Hampton; nieces, Brandi (Clifford) Berry of Hampton and Hannah (Josh) Kilcrease of Griffin; aunt, Linda Hopper of Hampton; several great nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 6, 2019 – 1:00 PM in the Haisten Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Chuck Conkle will officiate. Interment will follow at Berea Cemetery. Friends may visit the family Tuesday from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Contributions may be made to the Henry County Humane Society.
