Morris and Margaret Britt.
Whether you knew Dewey as son, Daddy, brother, brother-in-law, your silly fun uncle or friend you always knew he would support you and have your back 100%.
Dewey was a patriot who served his country in the U.S. Army (Go Army! Beat Navy!). He was also a loyal fan of the Atlanta Braves and UGA football (GO Dawgs!). Dewey was a caring, thoughtful man and one of the best "Softball Moms" you could meet.
His memory and legacy lives on through his daughter and best friend Graycen Elaine Britt, his parents Dewey Wayne Britt, Sr. and Joan Britt as well as his sisters Sonya (Lance) Dorris, Renee (Rhett) Griner and Becky (Brian) Busch.
Family was important to Dewey, and his memory will continue on in his nieces and nephews: Danielle (Patrick) Mooney, Jake (Teresa) Dorris, Brittany Griner, Rhett Griner ll, Jackson (Karlee) Griner, Austin Busch, Kelsey (Micah) Kilgore and Kinsey Busch along with great nieces and nephews Everleigh Mooney, Emmett Mooney and Banks Griner.
