Dewey will be remembered for his kind heart and unwavering love for his friends & family. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him. May he rest in peace knowing that he touched the lives of many with his warmth and generosity. I'm thinking of you and saying prayers that God will provide you with comfort and peace. I'm so very sorry. My heart is with you.

Still in shock over this. My best friend for so long that I can’t remember a day I couldn’t call him about anything. We’ve been through all the good times that anyone could imagine to some of the lowest of lows. Many of nights sitting on his front porch listening to music and drinking more than a few adult beverages 🍻, trying to solve all the world’s problems😂 or that’s what we thought we were doing. Not only was he one hell of a friend he was loyal husband to Shawna who was his true love. They had a beautiful daughter, Graycen and began their wonderful life together. Their lives changed when Shawna was diagnosed with cancer and she passed way before her time. Dewey stepped up and became a mom and a dad for Graycen and what a wonderful job he did. I will truly miss you Dewey things will never be the same without you. Until we meet again old friend hold Shawna tight and know we will do our best to help Graycen through this hard time. LOVE YOU 💙

Dewey was a friend from the moment my husband, Dennis, and I met him. He was fun, fun-loving, family-loving , friend-loving and just all around great guy. Our hearts and our prayers will be there for Graycen. Rest In Peace Dewey ❤️ You are so missed 🙏❤️🙏

I am in shock and in disbelief over this one. Dewey became an instant friend when we met. Always smiling and joking. 
Crazy story…..he would sit and talk with me (or anyone who would listen) about this red headed girl that was the love of his life. Her name was Shawna and he went on and on about her.  Fast forward a little and we found out they started seeing each other again and I finally got to meet her. Well turns out I already knew her from playing softball. We played many years against each other. 
Shawna and Dewey together made perfect sense to us. They got married, got pregnant, had Graycen and life was amazing until Shawna’s diagnosis and her death.  
Dewey kept going and he had another little red headed girl that he talked about all the time.  Graycen was his world. 
Until we meet again my friend. You will be missed at our friends gatherings. Please tell Shawna hello.  Love you and fly high.
