Donald “the Duck” Willis passed peacefully Saturday, September 10, 2022 surrounded by his loved ones at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta. He was born to Jack Raymond Willis and Donie Lee Willis on July 18, 1950 in Macon, Georgia where he grew up. Donald graduated from Mark Smith High school in 1969. Donald retired from Norfolk Southern after 37 years. He loved spending time working in the yard and spending time with his family. Donald leaves behind a loving wife of 44 years Gail Willis, two daughters Shannon Williams (Randy) and Mandy Bush (Hytham), and four grandchildren Brandon Williams, Zainab Abdelsabour, Maryam Abdelsadour and Belal Abbas. Donald is survived by four brothers and four sisters; Jack Willis (Charlotte), Lavada Broussard (Bruce), Butch Willis (Terry), Shirley Barlow, Beverly Cornelius (Randy), June Sindy (Ron), Jim Willis (Kathy), and John Willis (Debbie). Following the private viewing the family will be at their home in McDonough, Georgia.
