Frances Annette Stroud, age 73, of McDonough, Georgia passed away on Thursday, April 6, 2023. She was born April 29, 1949 in Griffin, Georgia to the late Darvin and Margaret Presley Phillips. She was a member of Calvary Chapel Chino Hills and loved to watch Pastor Jack.
She enjoyed planting and caring for her flowers, listening to gospel music, watching movies, reading her Bible and spending time with her family. Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Jack Stroud; daughters, Tina Kirkland and Tonya (Darrell) Snair; granddaughter, Jackie (Chris Hayes) Kirkland.
