Mr. Gregory Thomas Carswell, age 51 of McDonough, Georgia passed away June 21, 2017. He was born in Atlanta, Georgia to Edward James Carswell and the late Gwendolyn Paul Carswell. He was a graduate of Riverdale High School, Class of 1983. He was employed with ING Hotels and enjoyed time with his children and grandchildren and playing drums. Survivors include his wife, Angela Carswell; children, Tyler (Kaylee) Carswell of Jackson, Deanna Carswell, Jeffery Carswell, Christopher Carswell and Camron Carswell all of McDonough; grandchildren, Connor and Presley; father and step mother, James and Marilyn Carswell of FL; siblings, Wanda Dailey Carswell, Ed (Jennifer) Carswell and Jerry Carswell; nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held Sunday, July 9, 2017 – 5:00 PM in the Chapel of Haisten Funeral Home. Pastor John DeBerry will officiate. Friends may visit the family one hour prior to the service. Arrangements are under the direction of Haisten Funeral Home of McDonough.
