Mr. Kermit Allen Coada, age 45, of Locust Grove, GA passed away February 3, 2016. Allen was born in Atlanta, GA. He graduated from Forest Park High School Class of 1989. Allen was a member of Ringgold Baptist Church in Griffin, GA. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, gardening and doing for others. Survivors are his parents, Kermit and Wanda Coada of Locust Grove; brothers, Kenneth Coada of Locust Grove and James Coada (Christi) of Brooks; nieces and nephews, Deborah Vogt (Nicholas) of Brooks, James Michael Coada Jr. of Brooks, Madalin and Caitlin Coada of Brooks; several aunts, uncles and cousins. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, February 8, 2016 – 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Funeral service will follow at 1:00 PM with Rev. C. E. Chatham and Rev. Herman H. Henderson officiating. Interment will follow at County Lines Baptist Church Cemetery in Jenkinsburg, GA. For those who wish in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
