Lavelle Bitsy Reed of McDonough, Georgia passed away on Thursday, November 16, 2023. She was born in Booneville, Mississippi to the late William Edgar and Willie Mae Hood. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Eugene L. Reed, two sisters and four brothers.
Bitsy is survived by her children Brenda (Mike) Wheeler, Dennis (Diana) Reed, and Janet (Rickey) Dix; one brother Edgar "Boots" Hood; 8 grandkids, 15 great grandkids, and 1 great great grandbaby.
