Lois Frances Swilley, born on March 2, 1945, passed away on February 8, 2026, at the age of 80. She was born in Henry County, Georgia to the late Grady and Lois Hendrix. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her brothers Marshal and Larry Hendrix, and sister Brenda Swilley.
She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Marvin Swilley. Her children Andy (Tammy) Swilley and Teresa (Earl) Garland. Her grandchildren Mackenzie Garland, Samantha Swilley, and Bryce Swilley. Her brothers Shane (Kim) Hendrix and Joey (Donna) Hendrix, sister-in-law Etta Hendrix, and brother-in-law Eldon Swilley. As well as several nieces, nephews, and beloved family members.
A visitation will be on February 11, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Haisten Funerals & Cremations, located at 1745 Zack Hinton Parkway, McDonough, GA 30253. A Celebration of Life will be in the Haisten Chapel at 2:00 pm. A committal will immediately follow at Fairview Memorial Gardens, 164 Fairview Rd, Stockbridge, GA 30281.
