Renese Faith Saulter was born to Reese N. Saulter III and F. Renee Saulter on June 12, 1998 in Atlanta, GA. She is the second oldest of five sisters. She is preceded in death by two grandmothers Gloria Bell and Annette Saulter and grandfather Evens Moore. Renese gained her heavenly wings on Thursday, April 18, 2024.
Renese’s first name is a combination of her parents’ name; however, her name means, “Release Your Faith”. Prior to Renese’s birth, both Reese and Renee heard from God to release their faith and trust Him, and that is what they did. Through their faith and trusting God, they knew that their angel would need extra love and care. Her parents were told she would not live past the age of two. Yet, against all odds, Renese lived twenty-five beautiful years full of joy, love and happiness. For those of you who knew Renese, you know that she made her presence known everywhere she went. She will forever be our EARTHLY ANGEL!
Renese attended Elaine Clark Center, Margaret Harris Comprehensive School and Heritage School in DeKalb County. Renese worked with therapists and gained communication and life skills. Renese graduated from Eagle’s Landing High School in 2020, where she was loved by all. Renese enjoyed attending sporting events and cheering on her beloved Golden Eagles.
Renese leaves to cherish her loving memories: parents Reese and Renee Saulter, four loving sisters, (Kavon Alexus Saulter, Jada Unity Saulter, Savanna Mackenzie Saulter, and Rayna Renee Collins Saulter), Grandfather Reese Saulter II, Grandmother Ida Biggins, nephew Gabriel Blake Saulter, several aunts and uncles, and a host of relatives and friends.
Renese loved the beach, dogs, and any place that she could express herself out loud; and that was everywhere. Renese loved to be kissed, loved on, and was never going to be out done. If you were watching tv and Renese was talking, she would match that energy and get even louder. Then, if you turned the volume up again, she would, again, match that volume level and get even louder than before.
A host of nicknames had been given to Renese, such as the name “Munch” coming from Grandma Annette. “Neecy Pooh” from Aunt Kim. “Nese”, and “NeNe” from her sisters. “Niecy” from Grandma Bell. “Big Nese” from Alexus. “Secret Keeper”, “Two”, and “Laney Gal” from Dad. “Gal” and “Goat” from Mom.
A funny story behind Renese’s nickname being “GOAT”. As her dad was on a work call, Jada was supposed to be keeping Renese quiet with some vanilla wafers. The person on the other end of the phone heard Renese in the background and asked, “Reese, what is that noise? Are you raising goats?” Reese laughed and said, “Naw that’s my daughter in the back and she is about to crank it up!”
Friends may visit the family Sunday, April 28, 2024 from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm followed by a Celebration of Life at 1:00 pm in the Haisten Funeral Home Chapel, 1745 Zack Hinton Parkway South, McDonough, GA 30252.
