Timothy Allen Coley

Timothy Allen Coley, age 61, of McDonough, Georgia passed away on Monday, April 17, 2023. He was born June 3, 1961 in Atlanta, Georgia to the late Raiford Walker (R.W.) Coley and Mary Lou Hendryx Coley. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by brother Joey Coley.

Mr. Coley is survived by his son Drew Coley; brother Jeff (Kathi) Coley; nieces Maran Kim, Laura (Douglas) McRae, Brett (Daniel) Crowe; great nieces and nephews Parker and Kennedy Kim; Wales, Lucy, and Jay McRae; Coley, Ollie, and Walt Crowe; special loved ones Amey Moses; Kristen (Drew) Cheeves; Kinley, Charleigh, and Landon Cheeves; and Haley Moses.

Tim Coley served Henry County for over 30 years. He was a dedicated public servant who worked tirelessly to make Henry County a better place to live, work, and play. He was a kind, generous, loyal father, friend, and leader. Tim enjoyed spending his free time with family and friends and cheering on his Georgia Sports teams.

A visitation for Timothy will be held Monday, April 24, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Sharon Church, 571 N Ola Rd, McDonough, GA 30252, followed by a celebration of life at 2:00 PM. For those unable to attend Timothy's services the church will live stream them on their youtube page.
