

Vance was born on January 11, 1973, in East Point, Georgia. He was a devoted husband, father, brother, and uncle who touched the lives of everyone he met.
There was truly not a bad thing anyone could say about him-he was known for his kind heart, generous spirit, and willingness to help anyone in need. Vance was always there when someone needed him most. He always gave great hugs and loved making people laugh.
He is survived by his loving wife, Tina L. Webb; his daughter, Sydney C. Webb and son-in-law, Anthony Blackburn; his sister, Kim Webb and nephew, William Webb. He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Webb and his mother, Dorothy Webb.
Vance was a proud member of Teamsters Local 728 and worked at Lazer Logistics. He took great pride in his work and the relationships he built throughout his career In his free time, Vance was the biggest Georgia Bulldog fan and had a true talent for woodworking. He loved creating tables, flags, and many other handcrafted pieces, sharing his passion and creativity with family and friends.
Vance's legacy of love, kindness, and dedication to others will never be forgotten. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Family and friends will visit at Haisten Funeral Home in McDonough at 12:00pm on April 25, 2026. Services will be held at 1:00pm in our chapel.
