Barbara was born on October 6, 1936, to William Alford and Jennie Rosalee (Naylor) Fletcher. Moody, Texas. She graduated from Moody High School in 1955. Barbara was a member of First Baptist Church of Moody, and a homemaker. She enjoyed decorating and most of all, spending time with her family.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Perry Tanner, son, Paul Roberts, 3 brothers and 5 sisters.
Survivors include her brother, Cal Alford Fletcher and wife, Delicia of Fort Worth, Texas, numerous nieces and nephews.
