Juvencio Ontiveros-Garcia

Juvencio Ontiveros-Garcia, age 75, passed away on Thursday, January 25, 2024 in McGregor, Texas surrounded by his family in the comfort of his home. Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, January 29, 2024 at Cole Funeral Home in McGregor with Father Benji officiating. Burial to follow in the McGregor Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday, January 28, 2024 at the funeral home.

Juvencio was born on January 26, 1948 to Juvencio and Remedios (Garcia) Ontiveros In Guanajuato Mexico. Juvencio was married to his lovely wife, Esperanza DeSantiago, in Guanajuato in 1970. Juvencio and Esperanza moved to the United States in 1980 where after a few years, they settled in McGregor, Texas. Juvencio enjoyed working with his hands and was a welder by trade, working at Fleetwood Homes in Bellmead from 1988 to 2023 when he retired. When he was not working and providing for his family, Juvencio enjoyed working outside in the yard, gardening, and spending time with his wife, kids and grandkids. It was always said by his kids and grandkids there wasn’t anything he couldn’t do. Juvencio was a loving Husband, Father and Grandfather and his memory will live on forever in those he loved so dearly.

Juvencio was preceded in death by his Father Juvencio; His Mother Remedios; His Brother Emiliano; His Sister Christina and his Daughter Blanca. He is survived by His Wife Esperanza; His sons Juan Ontiveros and Wife Maricela, Hector Ontiveros and Jose Ontiveros; His Daughters Maria Ontiveros, Esperanza Culpepper and husband Chris, Alma Ontiveros; His brothers Javier Ontiveros and Guadalupe Ontiveros; His Sisters Zenaida, Chavela, Feliza, and Juana (Ontiveros). His Grandchildren Thalia, Emily, Raydon, Graciela, Alexis, Ethan, Vanessa, Jasmine, Marcus, Edward, Algeron, Rylan and Kaiden; and his great grandchildren Angelia, Anais, Angelo, and Adalys.

Pallbearers will be Juan Ontiveros, Jose Ontiveros, Hector Ontiveros, Javier Ontiveros, Raul Ontiveros and Eduardo Santoyo.
