She was preceded in death by her sons, Benjamin Mullins and Shawn Pettus.
She is survived by two sons, Jim Mullins, Jr. (Tori) and Corey Mullins; a daughter, Jessica Pettus; her only granddaughter, Carleigh Gilstrap; and six grandsons, Jalen Cosby, Jaleil Pettus, Eli Mullins, Corey Mullins, Jr., Alex Mullins and Ben Mullins; one sister, Betty Peters.
“Grammy” was a devoted mother and grandmother.
The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Atlee Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 9271 Shady Grove Rd., Mechanicsville. A graveside service will be conducted 1 p.m. Friday at Signal Hill Memorial Park.
