He was preceded in death by his parents, John D. and Nancy Caudill; sister, Clarice Caudill; and brothers, Eulas, Benton, Quinton, and Ellis Caudill.
Left to Cherish his memory is his wife of 64 years, Lois Caudill; children, Myra Adams and Charlotte Jones (Alan); grandchildren, Brandon Adams, Trey Jones (Kate), Cody Adams (Kati); great-grandchildren, Skylar Adams, Sandra Jones, Rhett Adams, and George Carl Jones.
Carl was a dedicated professional, having served as Vice President of the Feed Division at Southern States Co-Op, where he devoted over 40 years of his career. He was also a passionate supporter of the Kentucky Wildcats, a team he followed with great enthusiasm. In addition to his professional achievements, Carl served honorably in the United States Army.
A celebration of Carl's life will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at Woody Funeral Home-Atlee, located at 9271 Shady Grove Road, Mechanicsville, VA 23116. Casual attire is acceptable.
