
Chris B. Clary, 30, of Richmond, Virginia. An employee of Richmond International Raceway, passed away on April 10, 2011. He is survived by his father, Bernard E. Clary, Jr.; his mother and stepfather, Jack and Diane Cahoon; his grandmother, Ethel Clary, and grandfather, Hugh Childress. Two sisters, Wendy Hott and her husband Craig, of Montpelier, Va. and Holly Hannah and her husband Lee of Mechanicsville, Va.; step-sister, Dawn Look and her husband Duane of Portsmouth; step-brother, Jack Cahoon, Jr. of Belfair, Washington; one nephew, Ben Chick and six nieces, Grace and Caroline Hott and Lauren and Emma Hannah, Krystal and Zoe Cahoon. He is also survived by the love of his life, Suzanne Longest, her children, Ellie, Clay, Campbell and Jack; and his best friend Layla. Chris was employed in the operations department of Richmond International Raceway for the past 15 years. He enjoyed hunting and loved boating with his friends in the summer.
Chris was a caring person who had a large family of friends who he always made time for and cherished the time he spent with them.
The family will receive friends today, Wednesday, April 13, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm, at the Atlee Chapel of Woody Funeral Home, Route 301 and Shady Grove Road, Mechanicsville. Funeral services will be held at 11am, on Thursday, April 14, at the funeral home, followed by interment in Signal Hill Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Victory Junction Gang (www.victoryjunction.org).
