Dorothy May Gregory

GREGORY, Dorothy Tuck, 91, passed away peacefully at home on September 1, 2017, with her family at her side. She was predeceased by her parents, Marion and Lonnie Tuck; sisters, Louise Sorensen and Lillian Tuck, and husband, Lester K. Gregory. She is survived by her brother, Lonnie L. Tuck; daughter, Samuela (Sandy) Stilwell (David); and son, Joel L. Blankenship (Kim); seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She retired from the Episcopal Diocese of Virginia with 27 years of service. She volunteered for many years at St. Andrews School, was an avid gardener and lived life to the fullest. Visitation will be held 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, September 5, at Woody Funeral Home-Atlee Chapel, 9271 Shady Grove Road, Mechanicsville, Va. 23116, where her funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, September 6. Interment in Forest Lawn Cemetery immediately following.
