Jimmie D. Myers

Jimmie D. Myers, 80, of Mechanicsville, VA went to be with the Lord on April 2, 2018 at Heritage Green Assisted Living Facility. He was born at home in Campbell County, VA to the late George Myers, Sr. and Annie B. Myers. He was preceded in death by one son, Ross Myers and an infant daughter, Susan. He is survived by wife, Betty Terrell Myers, son Brent (Lois) Myers of Milton, WV, daughter Lisa (Daniel) Johnson of Campobello, SC, daughter-in-law Alison Myers of Lexington. SC and six grandsons. He retired after a 40 year career of working in VA, WV, and FL for CSX Transportation. A memorial service will be held at Woody Funeral Home, 9271 Shady Grove Road, Mechanicsville, VA 23116 on April 7, 2018 at 10:00 am.
