
Born on May 23, 1942, Judith was the daughter of Julian K. Franck and Helen W. Franck. She grew up alongside her sister, Debbie Neisz, and carried with her throughout life the values of dedication, resilience, and compassion instilled during her early years.
Judith earned her bachelor’s degree in Finance and devoted her entire professional career to the banking industry, where she was known for her diligence, integrity, and commitment to excellence.
Outside of her career, Judith’s greatest passion was her love for dogs, particularly Cairn Terriers. She became a highly respected breeder, known for developing exceptional, show-quality dogs. Her expertise and dedication earned her admiration within the dog breeding community and brought joy to many who shared her appreciation for the breed.
Judith is survived by her son, Brian Martin of Ashland, Virginia, and his wife, Chellie; her three grandchildren, Kelsey Martin and her fiance Colter Powers, Austin Martin and his wife Danielle Martin, and Dylan Martin and his fiance Hannah Prentice; and her two great-grandchildren, Maverick James Martin and Emma Grace Martin.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Carter Wickham.
Judith will be remembered as a woman who touched many lives with her kindness, strength, and passion. Her legacy lives on through her family, her work, and the many lives she influenced over the years.
Cremation services were provided by Woody’s Funeral Home. A celebration of life will be held at a future date and time. In lew of flowers donations can be made to Bon Secoures Violence Response Team.
