Graham was a salesman with Cheek & Shockley R.V.'s, he was also a member of Richmond's First Baptist Church, the American Legion, and the Masons. Graham served his country in the Navy during the Vietnam War where he earned the Vietnam Service Medal, he was in the U.S. Navy Seabee unit also known as "The Professionals".
He is survived by his spouse, Patricia J. Hayes; his son, Brian G. Hayes; sister, Gwen G. Johnson, as well as numerous extended family and friends.
Visitation will be held at Woody Funeral Home-Atlee, 9271 Shady Grove Road, Mechanicsville, VA 23116, US, on April 10, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm, a service will follow at 12:30 PM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Westhampton Memorial Park on Patterson Ave. in Richmond.
