JOHNSON, Mable Nolen, 92, of Richmond, went to be with the Lord, Friday, August 10, 2012 at 3:38 p.m. She is survived by her loving husband, George Raymond Johnson; and her daughter, Judy Gail Johnson; cousins, Mrs. David R. Stultz and Mamie Thomas Rudisill, both of Gastonia, N.C.; and one uncle, Fred Mac Stokes of Richmond; and a host of loving relatives and friends. She retired from Reynolds Metals Co., after 20 years of service. She was a former President and a member of the United Methodists Women, the Lucie McDonald Circle, and a member of Ginter Park United Methodist Church. She was devoted to and supportive of her family and friends. Her joyful heart and love of the human spirit followed and sustained her throughout life! The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, August 14, at the Atlee Chapel of Woody Funeral Home, Route 301 and Shady Grove Rd.
