Delwyn Delynn Pickering was my cousin.  We grew up together and played football together at Lynch HS.   Delynn was a very kind, quiet, soft spoken man.  I told a friend that Delynn was a "man of few words."  That quiet manner put everyone at ease in his presence.  I remember the good times that we shared at Thanksgiving with all of our cousins.   I remember being in Connie & Delynn's home in Orange County and playing games especially Balderdash and having lots of laughs.  Delynn was very kind to Lisa and Zachary during a difficult time in Orange County.  I am grateful for him being a friend to my grandson, Zachary.   

Pat and I send our condolences to Connie and the family.  You are in our thoughts and prayers.
