Gregory Lawrence Blank of Medford, Oregon, formerly of both Winchester and Medford, Massachusetts died peacefully on January 26, 2024 in Portland, Oregon at age 68 of complications following a stroke. Son of Joan E. (Feeley) Blank and the late Kenneth Hilton Blank, both formerly of Winchester. Father of Michelle E. Blank, Tara C. (Blank) Welsch, the late Pamella R. Blank, Corwin R. Blank and Frederick G. Blank.
He was a Vietnam war-era veteran of the U.S. Navy where he served as a marine mechanic and was awarded the National Defense Service Medal. Following his service to his country he worked periodically as a self-employed finish carpenter in the greater Boston area.
