Joy Ann (Roberts) Wise Joy Ann Wise, 82, passed away March 11, 2016 at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center. Joy was born on February 15, 1934 in Taghkanic, New York, to Floyd M. and Rose A. (Lyman) Roberts. She is survived by her sons, Bill (Zarifa) Snowman, Brian (Sheryl) Williams, Brad (Christina) Williams, daughter, Charlene Starr-Spilsbury, brother, Jerry (Joan) Roberts, sister Loretta (Al) Roberts-Bauer. She was blessed with 5 grandchildren; Alia Snowman , Matt Williams, Jason Williams, Amy (Jeff) Morelock- Bergsten, Becky Morelock and 3 great grand children; Amelia Williams, Bentley Bergsten and Bryson Morelock. Joy was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters and son-in-law, Joyce Roberts and Barbara (Edward) Roberts-Schmidt and a granddaughter Deanna (Starr) Cummins. Joy was a loving mother, daughter, sister and wonderful friend to all. She was loved and will be missed greatly. She will be laid to rest with her husband at Eagle Point National Cemetery.
