

Robert Rowe, a devoted public servant, dedicated mentor, and beloved family man, passed away December 2nd 2025. His life was defined by service, generosity, and a deep commitment to his family and community.
For 10 years, Robert proudly served as a Lake Creek volunteer Fire Chief, offering his time, strength, and courage to protect others. While also working full time with Fire District #3 for three years, building a foundation of integrity and leadership that would follow him throughout his life. His passion for guiding young people also shone brightly through his 14 years as Scout Master for Boy Scout Troop 48, where he inspired countless young men with his steady encouragement, integrity, and love of the outdoors.
Robert lived life with a spirit of adventure and curiosity. He enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting, golfing, traveling, and creating beautiful landscapes around his home. Known as a DIY specialist, there was no project too challenging for him to tackle. His hands were always busy, and his heart was always full—especially when spending time with his cherished family, and friends.
He will forever be remembered as a loving husband, father, and grandfather whose warmth, humor, and kindness touched everyone he met. Robert is survived by his devoted wife, Shirley Rowe; his children, Ryan Rowe and Shantae Rowe; and his granddaughters, Viola Rowe and Lola Rowe. He is also survived by his siblings, Rusty Rowe, Patty Lazalde, and Joyce Powers, who will hold his memory close.
Robert’s legacy of service, love, and laughter will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him. May he rest peacefully, surrounded by the grace and beauty he shared so generously in his lifetime.
