Almeta S. Grashot, 98, passed away April 20, 2017. She is survived by two daughters, Jean Sanders and Dianne Ratliff (Frank); one son, James (Tony) Grashot (Jeanie); one sister Cammie Lott; five grandchildren Kristy Mullins, Darren Sanders, Craig Sanders, Dusty Grashot and Katie Moxley; eleven great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. Almeta was preceded in death by her husband, John F. Grashot; her parents, J. Ovid Scott and Mary C. Scott; two sisters, Juanita Fletcher and Mary Julia Hart; six brothers, James Scott, William Scott, Wilson Scott, Willard Scott, J.C. Scott and Edward Scott. The family will receive friends Tuesday, April 25th at Family Funeral Care from 10:00am to 11:00am with the funeral service following at 11:00am. The burial will take place at Memphis Memory Gardens.
