Betty Sue Tomlinson-Clement

Betty Sue Rose Summers Tomlinson-Clement, 84, passed away in her Memphis home, January 13, 2014. Visitation will be held at Oliver Creek Church of Christ on Thursday, January 16, 2014 at 10:00 with the service following at 11:00. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.

She was born February 27, 1929 in Memphis, the daughter of the late Oscar and Mary Summers. She worked as a Dietician Instructor in the Food Services Division of Memphis City Schools until she retired in 1982. She was a member of the Oliver Creek Church of Christ.

Mrs. Tomlinson-Clement is preceded in death by her first husband, James Walter Tomlinson and her second husband, Charles Clement; her brother Buddy and sisters Mary Ellen and Nancy.

Mrs. Tomlinson-Clement is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Bill and Frieda Summers of Conway, AR; sister-in-law Dixie Summers of MO; daughter and son-in-law, Peg and Ken Fewell of San Diego, CA; daughter Trish Tong of Memphis; daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Mark Howell of Collierville, TN; grandchildren, Melissa and James Beaver; Mitch and Jenna Fewell; Mike and Diane Fewell; CJ Tong, Kevin Tong, Smith Howell, Jackson Howell; Great Grandchildren, James, Josh, Joey, Jacob, Katherine, Garrett ; her step family Mike, Kay, Chad, Megan and Seth ; and many nieces and nephews.
