Today we celebrated Thanksgiving. Daddy, Mama Doc was a real trooper! Stacy, Chris, Ryan, Payton,Johnna, Brandy, Aneline and I all gathered around the table and Payton said the sweetest softest prayer. We miss you. Kevin and Karter are going early in the morning for the first day of duck hunting season! They just know this is gonna be "the big year", The only thing missing is you. We all celebrated and gave thanks to the kindness of a stranger that gave you eight more years to be with Mama Doc and all of your girls and the grand kids and of course Son. love you Daddy!! #2 Always in me heart forever.

Thank you to everyone who has expressed their condolences for the loss of my daddy.  I miss him every minute of every day, but hold on to precious memories.  We were all blessed to have known him.  I know he is watching over us from heaven and that I will see him again one day.  Please honor my daddy by becoming an organ donor today...go to www.organdonor.gov and register.  Be sure to tell your family of your desire to become an organ donor.  Give the precious gift of life!  Someone else's unselfish act gave us 8 extra years with daddy.  So grateful for each and every day with him.  Love and miss you, daddy.

I am so sorry to learn of the passing of Dr Montgomery.  He taught me so much of what I do everyday, I think of him often.  He made me a better doctor and a better person.  I know many of my classmates (SCO '90) felt the same.

There are no words to express the sympathy for my Aunt Diane and my Cousins; Marty, Stacy, Johnna and Brandy and their children and families. Though miles and years may have separated us, there are no more vivid memories than those in Huntingdon TN at Memaw and Bigdaddy's. Uncle Bobby was larger than life to me as a child and a reminder of my Bigdaddy every time I saw him. As an adult, Uncle bobby treated me like a man and never hesitated to give me assistance and advice. He was an inspiration and a person I hope I can be to my children and nephew. Thank you for everything . I will miss you and our conversations on game days and our fishing tales. And, for a man in his seventies, he could text like a  pro. Love you Uncle Bobby.
