Dianne Maley Ramsey, of Germantown, TN, passed away Thursday, September 26, 2013. Dianne is survived by one son, Richard Ramsey; one daughter, Chris Baumgardner (Jeff). She was preceded in death by her husband, Rob Ramsey; her parents, Richard and Ann Maley; and one brother, Richard Maley. A private family graveside service will be held at a later date in Jackson, MS.
