

Edith Taylor Langlois, age 85, of Germantown, Tennessee passed away on Saturday, June 8, 2024. Edith was born June 21, 1938 in Memphis to Walter Bailey Taylor and Estelle E. Taylor who preceded her in death. Edith was very social, thankful, grateful and loyal. She loved the Lord and lived for the Lord, she loved her family and lived for her family. Edith worked at the DA's office in Downtown Memphis, she was an active member of the Bop Club, planned many high school reunions and loved playing the ukelele. Edith served many in secret and loved to keep in touch with all of her friends.
Edith was preceded in death by her husband, John R. (Jack) Langlois of 44 years; daughter, Helen E. Langlois; parents Walter and Estelle Taylor; sisters, Mary Elizabeth Talley Marino, Sarah Beatrice Talley Cherry and Evelyn Marie Taylor Sharpe. She is survived by her two sons, John Langlois, wife Kelly Langlois of Gadsden, AL and Mark Taylor Langlois, wife Jo Ann Langlois of Germantown, TN; grandchildren, Hannah Behr, Bradley Langlois, Sarah Langlois, Anthony W. Rotello and Caprice A. Rotello.
The graveside will be Saturday, June 15th at 11am at Ramer Cemetery 380 Rocky Springs Rd Saulsbury, TN 38067. In Lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations be made to Edith’s church or St. Jude.

Go East on Hwy 57
Pass through Piperton, Rossville, Moscow and Lagrange
Hwy 57 dead ends into Hwy 18

Go about 12 miles and turn left on Rocky Springs Rd
Then there will be a gravel road with a white sign (Ramer Cemetery)
