Edward Joseph Gardner, 66 of Memphis passed away December 18, 2013. Edward was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church, where he attended elementary school. He graduated from Christian Brothers High School and from Christian Brothers University with a BS in Biology. He retired from the EEOC. He enjoyed reading in his spare time. Edward leaves behind his mother, Angeline Gardner; sister, Janice Tankersley (David); uncle, Joseph Goggio and cousins, Joseph A. Goggio and Susan Sydnor (Art). The family will receive friends on Monday, December 23 from 10 am until service time of 11 am at Memphis Funeral Home on Poplar. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
