I worked with Fred for years at the Department of Human Services in Nashville for many years. Whenever I needed anything from Production Support ( he was the manager of this group ) who were responsible for scheduling and running and fixing problems with all of DHS's systems computer jobs. Whenever I needed help on anything to do with the Social Services system jobs, I looked forward to  talking  with Fred about it.  Fred was always helpful; always kind. He knew Job Control Language and Job scheduling completely and it was a joy to be with him. 

My heart and prayers goes out to Fred's family. He was a sweet and unique man that always put a smile on my face. He was so well thought of. Knowing my sense of humor, he gave me a hilarious birthday card one year that had me roaring with laughter. He gave me the biggest grin cause he knew he  got me on that one. I will miss his kind face, smiles, and his warm hugs. Rest in peace my friend. You will be truly missed.🙏❤🙏❤🙏❤

This breaks my heart Frederick was a sweet man, loved to hear me DJ and sing at Larry's Lounge. Frederick always had a smile on his face and nothing but love to give. Truly heaven gained a wonderful man.
