Georgia Martin Shields

Georgia was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Shields. She is survived by her daughter, Michelle Stewart Shields; her son, Carlos Shields; two sisters, Elsie Mae Cole and Emma Teal; and six grandchildren.

A visitation for Georgia will be held Friday, June 8, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Memphis Funeral Home, 5599 Poplar Ave, Memphis, TN 38119, and a funeral service will occur Saturday, June 9, 2018 at 2:00 PM. Entombment will follow at Memphis Memory Gardens Mausoleum, 6444 Raleigh LaGrange Road, Memphis, TN 38134. Following the services, there will be a repass held at 2642 Whitney Avenue, Memphis, TN 38127.
